You agree not to exploit any portion of our service. Offer for sale of any service made on our site is void where prohibited.
During communications or dealings, in any way, with our staff or any of our affilitates we have a policy of Zero Tolerance towards: bad language, swearing, verbal or other abusive, threats, insults, racial abuse, sexual or gender based abuse or harassment and unrealistic demands that cause stress. Should any such behaviours be encountered we will immediately terminate services and reserve the right to take appropriate action in law thereafter.
You understand and agree that your content may be transferred unencrypted, over various networks with possible technical format changes as required. Credit card information is encrypted during transfer. You agree that your account information is current, complete and accurate and will promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your orders and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to limit our services to any person or geographic region at our sole discretion. This limit may include quantities. At our sole discretion we may refuse services to any user for any reason at any time. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities ordered under the same: customer account, credit card, address. If we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using contact details provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. We will not be not liable to you or to anyone else for possible effects of such changes, cancellations or limitations.
If, at our request, or for any other reason, you send content submissions “comments” (including but not limited to Social Media comments, competition entries, creative ideas or suggestions) via any means, you agree that we may without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute or use in any way such comments and we will not be under any obligation to: respond to any comments, maintain them in confidence nor pay any compensation for comments. In no case shall Citini or any of our “affiliates”, including but not limited to: Staff, directors, partners, agents, service suppliers or suppliers, be liable for any loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of our services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service. In territories that do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Citini and any of its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severable from the Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity of any other remaining terms.
Any obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. Terms of Service are effective unless terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by letting us know that you no longer wish to use our services by ceasing to use our sites. You will remain liable for all obligations or amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
These Terms of Service and any agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping: All orders are dispatched from Citini in the UK. Dispatch is usually within 1 to 3 working days of receiving your order with Mainland UK “UK” delivery typically being 1 to 3 days thereafter. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days please contact us via email. Orders to the EU typically take 1 to 3 weeks and outside of the UK and EU please allow 1 to 4 weeks.
Orders in the UK typically have delivery charges between £6.50 and £20.00. We may use couriers including Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, FedEx and DPD. European deliveries will typically incur shipping charges from £19.50 and International typically from £29.00 per order. All shipping costs will depend on the mass and size of the products. Where delivery on pallets is applicable this may be quoted and charged accordingly. Shipping of Li Ion batteries may incur additional “Dangerous Goods” shipping costs and procedures; these may be quoted and processed accordingly.
It is your sole responsibility to provide the correct delivery address. We will not take any responsibility for: incorrect or incomplete address, non-collection, addresses where the delivery could not be received or where a courier for whatever reason was not able to deliver. Under these circumstances we will not refund or replace the goods. If delivery is attempted and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office we will only consider refunds, or resending products to you at your cost, once the products have been returned to us.
Customers in the EU or any countries other than the United Kingdom may be subject to import duty and VAT. It is your responsibility to pay these costs when your order arrives in your country. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Any deliveries refused due to non-payment of duties, may be destroyed by the courier and therefore will not be eligible for refund.
Our prices are in GBP and international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit card company or bank.
We reuse packaging where possible to reduce our environmental impact and your order may arrive in separate parcels.
Where products are purchased on pre-order the estimated availability date may be specified on the product description. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship all of your items together once the pre-order items become available.
Returns: Approval or rejection of requests to return, exchange or return for refund “returns” is at our sole discretion. Requests will only be considered if you notify us of your request within 10 days of your purchase. Thereafter returns may not be considered. We typically only exchange items if they are defective or damaged where we will endeavour to replace them with similar items.
If we agree to consider your request for a return, the items should be sent back to us where shipping is paid by you and shipping costs are non-refundable. Once we have received and inspected the items, we will notify you as to the approval or rejection of your refund or of other suggested resolutions to the request. Please take note of our zero tolerance policy in Terms of Service when communicating requests for returns.
Products where a return has been requested must include proof of purchase, be unused and be returned to us in the same condition in which they were received and be in the original packaging.
If approved, a refund will typically be applied to your original credit card and method of payment. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account would typically be 14 days however we do not take responsibility for delays due to banking transaction time.
